Hello everyone,
Over the years, I have accumulated a collection of reflections and records of my journey through consciousness — explorations that constantly move between the empirical and the metaphysical. I now share what seems to me almost the results of laboratory experiments of consciousness and applied philosophy, where the main subject of study is the nature of ‘Infinite and Paradox’.
The essence of this quest is the attempt at describing the indescribable, a challenge that human consciousness imposes upon itself, even though it falls short. For this deep introspection, I used, and still use, master techniques such as out-of-body experiences and other forms of altering states of consciousness, such as plucking hair from the nose. Through deep meditation, I acquaint myself with altered states that give perspective on minor matters like society and major matters, an ontological base, like existence itself.
Sometimes a radical experience of ‘ego death’, a softening of identity, through whatever meditation technique, is necessary for a deeper self-knowledge (you see what I did here?), and is what allows access to levels of perception where the ‘real’ and the ‘illusion’ merge.
I will explore concepts such as Entropy/Chaos and Order/Pattern, and the fascinating dynamic between individual consciousness and Absolute Consciousness, and how or why the individuation happens. The attempt to translate the magnitude of these experiences into language is the point where the Paradox becomes most evident. But wait, is it verbal language that I mean? No. Information is what is meant. It is impossible to describe the Absolute in its totality without language failing. But it’s a feature, not a defect.
In a perspective that finds an echo in non-dual philosophies, such as the cosmovision of Being or Oneness, the dual reality we experience (the yin-yang of things) is, in truth, the non-dual perspective of God about Itself, the Child playing and creating the Universe.
Absolute Consciousness (the capital ‘C’) is the Source, and our individual consciousness is a ‘counting’ within that Infinity. The nature of existence is this eternal struggle between the chaos of higher entropy and the order of lower entropy, where the purpose (from a human consciousness perspective — sustainable enough) is the incessant search for meaning, culminating in the state of self-realization, or ‘being well’, thus realizing the cosiness of the Child’s shoes.
Enlightenment is not an exclusive destination, but rather the integration of this understanding of the paradoxical nature of one irreducible Absolute Reality into the myriad of daily life.
I invite you to join me in these recounts, where rationality intersects with feeling, and the Mystery reveals itself as the only constant that compels us to Be.
